Branch meeting Nov 19th 2015
There were two workshops today
The first one was led by Anne Whaley, a branch member,

The members today worked on some Christmas designs which Anne had produced.
Most people were taking them home to finish. You can see the concentration!!
The other workshop was to produce wire brooches. This was led by Val Coleshaw, the North West EG Chairman.
She brought along some examples
There was something to appeal to all tastes.
Val also brought along many coloured wires of different thicknesses and assorted beads, charms etc
The group soon got to work and all went home very satisfied with the brooch they had made.
This was a very positive meeting for our branch as today we welcomed not just one but three new members. We welcome them and hope they have a long association with our branch.
Jean Goodchild showed a tablecloth and cushion on the members work table. Many of us bought similar tablecloths from another member. We will be hard pushed to match jean's standards!!!
